'I’ve worked with Noma for nearly 20 years. From the eccentric young illustrator who arrived at our first London studio with a portfolio stuffed with his Guardian press clippings

Illustrations by Satoshi Hashimoto (@satoshi_23goo) for ANCHOR, a bi-monthly Japanese magazine about different areas of Japan.

Each issue brings together 3 regions, featuring local foods + scenic places each recommended by ANCHORS regional branches.
